Job Duties:
• Manage new component program to ensure optimal process development and flawless launch.
• Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions addressing TS 16949 requirements.
• Communicate with customers regarding all aspects of related projects including design, development. Take the lead in providing closure regarding any open issues.
• Manage APQP activities according to Cloyes procedures and applicable customer requirements and maintain detailed APQP records.
• Compile PPAP submissions according to Cloyes procedures.
• Participate in, and on occasion head continuous improvement and problem solving teams.
• Create and/or approve work instructions, visual aids, inspection instructions, etc.
• Special projects, new business development, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Strong business acumen
Education / Experience:
• BS Degree in engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Tier 1 automotive project management experience preferred
