The successful candidate will have the following experience/skills:
§ Aggressive leadership experience
§ Knowledge with Quality tools - SPC, measurement systems, auditing, mistake-proofing preferred.
§ Automotive supplier quality experience is a plus
§ Good communication/listening/computer skills
§ Proven problem-solving skills
