Engine Oil Pump Chain Tensioner Spring

Since 1921, Cloyes has been the trusted leader in automotive timing systems, delivering premium-quality solutions. An oil pump chain tensioner spring maintains appropriate tension on the oil pump chain. Depending on design and application, Cloyes engine oil pump chain tensioner springs can be separate to the oil pump tensioner rail. To ensure total timing system integrity, Cloyes recommends replacing the chain along with the tensioners, guides, and sprockets during service.
